Ripplesound is a corrugated, perforated aluminium or steel sheet that uses acoustic / thermal polyester insulation to trap and break down sound.

When combined with Renhurst's mechanically fixed polythene vapour barrier, Ripplesound aluminium has become the ceiling of choice for Aquatic centres throughout Australia and New Zealand.  Ripplesound is specifically designed to assist in the control of moisture within harsh swimming pool environments.

The system is designed to reduce reverberation and an NRC of .90 and above can easily be achieved.  Ripplesound can considerably reduce heating and cooling costs.  It improves internal lighting and minimises dust build up.
