Rippletone Perforated, corrugated aluminium or steel in clearcoat, off-white, zincalume or additional colour range, with woven acoustic textile sound-absorbing cloth adhered to back. Ripplesound Perforated, corrugated aluminium or steel in clearcoat, off-white, zincalume or optional colour range. Ripplefoil Corrugated aluminium or steel in clearcoat, off-white, zincalume or optional colour range.

Simplicity

The Renhurst ceiling system is installed using the FasTrack support system which can be suspended or fixed directly to the roof purlins. Renhurst ceiling systems offer the designer flexibility for the installation of all lighting, mechanical and service systems.

Shape

Renhurst's longitudinal flexibility permits the sweeping curved shapes to a 1.5 metre radius within the support bars. When free standing a minimum 300m radius may be specified for waved, tubular or semi-tubular effects in the vertical plane.

In some circumstances, particularly where greater lengths are involved, combinations for both longitudinal wave and some latitudinal deflection may be applied to all products - Rippletone, Ripplesound, and Ripplefoil.

Silence

Renhurst traces its origins to sound reduction. With a continuous program of product improvement, Renhurst's Rippletone, together with Renhurst's Ripplesound deliver superior acoustic performance.

The corrugated surfaces of Rippletone and Ripplesound increase surface area by as much as 22% over conventional flat metal ceilings. Ripplesound enhances acoustic performance through the combination of surface perforation and polyester insulation.  Rippletone uses the Ripplesound base with the addition of a specially developed acoustic textile adhered to the back of the product.
